After the establishment of a subsidiary in the south of France in 2014, our interest in recent months has been captured by neighbouring Switzerland, where we are already collaborating with some suppliers/customers for the sale of building and non-building materials.
Corporate changes
In 2018, Daniele Zecchini became the legal representative of Zecchini Group Srl taking the place of his father Franco Zecchini, supported by his brothers, administrators Tiziano and Stefano Zecchini. The share capital was increased from € 50,000 to € 70,000,
